Who gets one

Every survivor has a counter. Each drop goes to the survivors with the fewest so far, picked at random among them — nobody gets a second until everyone has had one.
The prize lands in the survivor’s own wallet. If a collection won’t send there, it goes to the survivor’s owner and still counts.
The pick is seeded from a block hash that didn’t exist when the drop started. Each drop shows its block and hash, so anyone can check it.
